Mission of the European Dream Foundation
“To bring people close te Europe” is the mission of the EDF. We belief that a strong and united Europe is not only beneficial for all people living in Europe, but also for the people living in the rest of the world.
Founder of the EDF
My name is Peter Visser and I am the biggest fan of Europe. I lived in many European countries like The Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, France and Germany. For my work I visited all European countries. I talked for thousands of hours with many Europeans about their daily lifes, jobs, hopes and worries.
Why do we need the EDF?
The word Europe has often a negative imago in press and politics. Often within the context of the European Union. At the same there is some much positive to report about Europe. The EDF wants to connect Europeans to discuss positive and challenging European developments.
House of Europe
We bring Europe to You and You to Europe. The EDF organizes seminars in all European Countries and organizes visits to the European institutions in Brussels. To learn more about Europe and supporting EU democracy. Both for EU lovers and EU haters. Everyone is welcome!
